On 14 May 2011, Bishop Josef Clemens, Secretary of the Pontifical Council for the Laity, attended the Plenary Assembly of the German Catholics’ Central Committee (Zentralkomitee der deutschen Katholiken - ZdK), held in Erfurt (Germany).
