A delegation from the Pontifical Council for the Laity were in Krakow on 27 and 28 October for a meeting with the WYD 2016 Organising Committee. The meeting was held in the John Paul II Hall at the Divine Mercy Shrine. It provided an opportunity to speak about the progress being made in preparations for the next World Youth Day and to establish contacts with the various sectors of the Committee. It was also possible to visit the venues where young people will gather for WYD events in 2016.
